The 2026 Swing for Hope Golf Tournament brought together generous sponsors, enthusiastic golfers, and supporters of The Spark Foundation to raise funds for employees and their families in times of need.
Coming Together for a Cause
The third annual Swing for Hope Golf Tournament was held at Rock Hill Golf Club in Manorville, NY, with proceeds benefiting The Spark Foundation. Once again, the event brought together colleagues, partners, and friends for a day of friendly competition while supporting an important cause.
This year’s tournament winners were United Healthcare, with Cameron Kitt, John Kutch, and Joseph Tricarico taking the top spot.
The success of the event was made possible through the generosity of its sponsors, including major sponsors HUB, Precision Pharmacy, PointClickCare, and Fountain Digital Media, as well as presenting sponsors Ultimate Care Management and B2K Development.
Three years after The Spark Foundation was established, its mission continues to grow. “Three years ago, we started The Spark Foundation with a simple idea, to be there for our team members and their families when they need it most,” shared Amy Silva Magalhaes, Chief Operating Officer for Ultimate Care Management. “Our people show up every day for our residents with compassion and heart. Spark exists so that when one of our own faces a vulnerable moment, a medical emergency, family crisis, or unexpected loss, they don’t have to face it alone.”
Supporting Our Own
The impact of The Spark Foundation extends beyond financial assistance. By supporting employees through challenging circumstances, the Foundation helps provide a sense of stabilty when it is needed most.
“When our employees receive support during difficult times, it gives them one less thing to worry about and allows them to focus on what matters most,” said Krista, Foundation Coordinator. “In turn, that support extends far beyond the individual receiving assistance. It strengthens our communities and helps ensure our residents and families continue to receive the exceptional care and service they count on every day.”
The Spark Foundation’s impact has continued to grow through the generosity of employees, sponsors, community partners, and supporters. Since its founding three years ago, Spark has raised more than half a million dollars to support team members and their families.
The Swing for Hope Golf Tournament remains an important part of that effort, bringing people together in support of colleagues who may be facing some of life’s most challenging moments. Through events like this, The Spark Foundation continues to build a meaningful safety net for team members when they need it most.
